    We rolled out Microsoft Copilot internally — tenant hardening, conditional access, DLP, audit. Before we sold a single client engagement, we'd already automated a number of our own internal business processes.

We're worried about staff data leaking into AI tools. Can you fix that?
Yes — that's the first thing we do. Tenant-level controls, conditional access, DLP rules, and proper Copilot/ChatGPT Enterprise licences so data stays where it should. We document it for audit.
Do we need our own GPT/Claude/whatever to start?
Usually no. Most quick wins come from Microsoft Copilot (already in your M365 spend) plus 1-2 automation tools. We start where you already pay, then graduate to custom agents only if there's a clear ROI.
How do you measure ROI?
Hours saved per process per week, error rate, customer turnaround time. Pilot baseline first, then monthly tracking. If it's not paying back, we kill it — no precious AI projects.
